This is one of the biggest proposals as to how Notion is able to present content. Given the fact that I am mostly aiming at filmmaking and production companies, we always work in teams, and therefore being able to have the option of a dashboard would be really useful.

The way I imagined it is simple: it has condensed information from different pages, and this is done like Widgets in the new iOS 14. I imagined it this way before iOS 14 was even announced, but had thought about it more like a more static version of them; however, given the great implementation of iOS, it would work great here too by applying the same logic.

There's the use of custom icons, actions and different widgets that can either work inside of Notion or gather info from external sources (like the Calendar using info from another provider).

Each user could customize the dashboard to include the most relevant information to them. In this case, taking into account the roles of a producer, it's important to have finances, tasks, and calendars on sight at all times.

This is more than about linking content to different pages, it's about showing relevant information in a really visual way without having to open the full page when it's not needed.
