Yamdu

This is probably the closest tool to what I am imagining is possible with Notion. Yamdu is made by ARRI, one of the leading companies in Lighting for films. It seems to provide most of the tools needed for an audiovisual production. The only drawback seems to be design-wise, because it excessively resembles printed documents and its interface is not so intuitive.

Final Draft

This is the industry's world-leading Screenwriting software, used by the biggest companies out there and recommended for even the most basic film education courses. It has a lot of features and resources and it has an established name. Yet, as with the rest of the Screenwriting tools, it's limited to not actually being integrated with the rest of the production chain (even though the ".fdx" extension is widely recognized and compatible) and it's extremely expensive for novice Screenwriters.

Prodicle (Netflix)

This is the software used by Netflix and it's so closed that even the information found online is pretty limited. As stated by one of the people who responded the survey (someone who works on Dynamo Producciones and therefore has worked with Netflix), the software is only available for Netflix.

Movie Magic and Scenechronize

Movie Magic is part of an entire suite provided by Entertainment Partners. As seen below, the available tools are mostly centered around management, leaving the creative side of an audiovisual production a bit on the side. I've never used these tools, but after quickly checking each on the website, they all look pretty standard - yet still quite intimidating, as they seem to try to completely emulate printed documents through an interface that doesn't look instinctive and is made more for managers than for other employees. Also, it seems to be pretty focused on large production companies, leaving aside accessibility for indie filmmakers or even students.

Storyboarder

Storyboarder is really an incredible piece of software, since it's specialized in Storyboards and provides many tools from sketching to Animatics and more. The only con is that it's focused solely on Storyboards, so they need to be exported and/or edited in order to be integrated with the rest of the documents.

Fade In

This is an alternative to Final Draft: it also serves as a Screenwriting software, but it has collaboration and review features, among others.

The biggest drawback here is again the fact that it doesn't integrate with a platform in which everything is accessible and still editable at any point in the same place as the rest of the documents.

Scenarist

Another alternative to Final Draft with multiple features as to make research, annotations, etc.

The biggest drawback here is also that it doesn't integrate with a platform in which everything is accessible and still editable at any point in the same place as the rest of the documents.

Scrivener

If Final Draft is the industry's leading software for Screenwriting, Scrivener is the main platform for writing in general - especially literature. Scrivener has a lot of features targeted to writers of all sorts and it even offers templates for Screenwriters. Here again, it works better as a standalone tool.

Dramatify

Similar to Yamdu, at first sight Dramatify seems to tackle most of the things I propose, but if Yamdu already seemed visually unappealing and complicated, it looks like a child's play next to Dramatify.
